Scheduled Maintenance: Sigmafine Support Portal (SSP)

Pimsoft’s Sigmafine Support Portal (SSP) will undergo an upgrade from Tuesday, May 30 at 12 p.m. CET (5 a.m. CST) through May 31 at 12 p.m. CET. The SSP will be unavailable during this time, and users will not be able to access software downloads or documentation until the update is complete.

After the update, software download accessibility will be simplified for customers to improve the user experience. Pimsoft is also developing a new Knowledge Base section in the SSP to easily find and reference procedures and technical resources.

If you have not already registered for the SSP, Pimsoft Customers, Sigmafine Licensees and Partners can request credentials for accessing the portal. The Sigmafine Support Portal is Pimsoft’s primary delivery channel to download licensed software and obtain the most recent product information and documentation.
